Limitations and Exclusions: Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions or wear and tear
• Loss or damage due to water damage, electrical issues, or natural disasters
• Items hidden in areas not accessible to our staff
• Stains or damage that may require professional treatment beyond our capabilities

For valuable items, we recommend securing them in a locked cabinet or removing them entirely before our arrival. Our staff will not move heavy furniture or items weighing more than 25 pounds.

7. Payment Terms and Conditions

Payment Methods: We accept cash, major credit cards, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels.

Payment Timing: Payment is due upon service completion unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For recurring services, monthly invoicing is available with net 15-day payment terms.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost
• Recurring service cancellations require 48 hours advance notice
• Refunds for dissatisfaction must be requested within 24 hours of service completion
• No-shows will be charged the full service fee

8. Insurance and Liability

CleanZen Professional Cleaning Services maintains comprehensive general liability insurance to protect both our clients and our company. Our insurance covers:

• Property damage up to specified limits per incident
• Worker compensation for our employees
• General liability coverage for accidents occurring during service

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for items of sentimental value, heirlooms, or items of unusual fragility or value.
